Christina was most helpful and guided us throughout the process and made all the necessary preparations /arrangements during this difficult period. Our family is very grateful to Jacky Chin and his team for the seamless and painless experience we had recently at Singapore Casket for our bereavement. Right from the beginning, Jacky took the time to clearly explain the processes, what to expect, and timeframe and costs were all transparently laid out. The other details such as the beautiful make up and dressing up done for my beloved grandma; the elegant, peaceful and clean environment prepared daily for us and our guests; the careful & respectful movement of the casket and cueing done by the undertakers for the family... are all special touches that made a sad farewell a more pleasant experience overall. Special thanks to Sky Zheng, Funeral & Repatriation Consultant Held my mum's funeral at Spore Casket from 29/9 to 1/10. Sky Zheng, was the one who advise and guide our family in the process. He was professional and patient to provide us with details and clarify our doubts when there was some misunderstanding that we encountered at Mandai Crementorium during the purchase of niche. He gave prompt response and clear instructions on how to proceed when my mum passed on. My family and I would like to thank Sky and his team for their professionalism and patience in providing guidance on the cultural processes and procedures. Sky was professional, empathtatic and clear in the delivery of instructions and ensure that our needs were promptly met during my Grandmother's wake between 22nd to 24th December 2023. Our family would like to say a big thank you to Elaine and her team for the excellent service provide by them. It was a difficult journey having to lose a loved one. Elaine truly empathized with us and made all the necessary arrangement (from room preparation, Casket preparation, funeral rites process etc) to ease our load. She was very meticulous and gave instruction to her team when she was on off and follow up with calls to make sure her instruction was followed. Mr. Kenneth Yeo attended to us 2 months ago when we made enquiries about wake/funeral packages for our aged/ill parents. My father passed away on Tuesday 5 December, and his wake/funeral was very well-organised. We like that my father's makeup was natural and he looked very much his natural self. The staffs assistance & monk chanting at the final send-off day are done with respect and sincerity. Beside that, the pricings are transparent and all additional items charged are explained clearly in details. They are also accomodating to the banner designs/flowers that we wanted for the wake without extra charge for some. Best of all, Jeffrey gave us special price for one of the item and they have complimentary 回灵 service as well. We would fully recommended using their service.
